Object Measurements
We conduct measurements of the object, noting all heights, sewage outlets, and other utilities. Based on these dimensions and the cadastral plan, we develop a legal planning solution in accordance with state standards and construction norms. We photograph and video record every detail to account for all technical nuances.
Technical Task Completion and Contract Signing
We have prepared a detailed questionnaire for you. You answer the questions, thereby documenting all your wishes regarding the overall budget for repairs and implementation, interior styling, layout and materials, finishing materials, unique items to consider, and more.

Planning Solution
STEP 3
Based on the measurement plan and technical task, we create 2-5 layout options. We adjust the layout until it fully satisfies you. We offer the initial options in just 5 days.
At this stage, we propose various interior concepts, color combinations, furniture selections, and other elements to identify your stylistic preferences. Our collages immediately incorporate real furniture, lighting, and other items. Visualizations are developed as needed.

STEP 4
We prepare the entire set of drawings necessary for the implementation of the design project. We refine the construction details of important elements, distribute electrical panels, plumbing layouts for fixtures and radiators, etc..
Construction Drawings
STEP 5
After finalizing the design project, we create a document listing all interior elements used, with prices and item numbers. Throughout the design process, we select items based on your overall planned budget, as specified in the technical task.
